An unexpected opportunity has come up for Grace Church to purchase the last available piece of land adjacent to our property. After more than a decade of prayer, followed by several months of negotiations, we have come to an agreement with the owners to buy this land. Grace church's council, staff, regional leadership and core leaders have unanimously and enthusiastically agreed to move forward with this opportunity. Please join us in generous giving and in prayer for God to redeem this land for His Kingdom.

  • Pastor Keith is working with a committee to develop a multi-phase approach for the acquisition and development of the property. In the mean time, here is a simple summary of how we are tackling this topic.

    Step 1 - Get the property.

    • We hope to keep this as simple as possible. There is an opportunity in front of us that is not likely to come around again. We intend to focus our efforts on obtaining the adjacent property.

    Step 2 - Discern how the 2030 Vision will come to life on 12 acres (We currently have 8).

    • While it would be nice to know exactly what we’ll do with the property, that’s not currently feasible without taking dramatic shortcuts to the healthy process of: prayer, brainstorming, planning, communicating, and vetting our plans.

    • If we acquire the property, we intend to bring a group together in the coming months to do the deep work of creating a unifying plan that brings our vision to life.

  • Until we have a solid plan on the usage of the property, we will not know what building on the property will cost. Right now our goal is to acquire the property and then prayerfully plan our next steps. A future giving campaign will include full details on planned usage.
