Congratulations, the adjacent property has been purchased in full, by the Grace of God!

Phase One of this project is complete, and by God’s provision we have successfully purchased the property. We are now in a season of prayer, planning, and discernment as we explore how to best use these 12 acres to make disciples who love like Jesus. We anticipate a phased buildout over the next decade, celebrating each milestone along the way as God continues to lead. We invite you to join us in praying for wisdom, unity, and clear direction as we seek to steward this opportunity faithfully, and that God would continue to provide for the future ministry He desires to accomplish through this space.

Details about the project

After more than a decade of prayer, God provided Grace Church with the opportunity to purchase the final piece of land adjacent to our property. Following several months of negotiations, we successfully completed the purchase with the unanimous support of our council, staff, regional leadership, and core leaders. We are deeply thankful for the generosity and prayers of our church family that helped make this possible. While the land has been purchased, the journey is just beginning. We invite you to continue praying and giving as we seek God's direction and provision for the future development of this property and the ministry opportunities it will create.

  • Pastor Keith is working with a committee to develop a multi-phase approach for the acquisition and development of the property. In the mean time, here is a simple summary of how we are tackling this topic.

    Step 1 - Get the property.

    • We hope to keep this as simple as possible. There is an opportunity in front of us that is not likely to come around again. We intend to focus our efforts on obtaining the adjacent property.

    Step 2 - Discern how the 2030 Vision will come to life on 12 acres (We currently have 8).

    • While it would be nice to know exactly what we’ll do with the property, that’s not currently feasible without taking dramatic shortcuts to the healthy process of: prayer, brainstorming, planning, communicating, and vetting our plans.

    • If we acquire the property, we intend to bring a group together in the coming months to do the deep work of creating a unifying plan that brings our vision to life.

  • Until we have a solid plan on the usage of the property, we will not know what building on the property will cost. Right now our goal is to acquire the property and then prayerfully plan our next steps. A future giving campaign will include full details on planned usage.
