  • The Leadership Program offers an Internship or Residency experience.

    Internship: Part time program for young adults.

    Residency: Full time program for young professionals.

    Both go for about a year.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    • New cohorts start every Summer.

    • Paid an hourly wage.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Have and emulate a love for Jesus and a passion for ministry.

    • An eagerness to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally.

    • Have the ability to relocate to the greater Camas area.

    • Must pass Grace's background check.

    • Leadership roles in active ministries.

    • Intentional spiritual growth opportunities.

    • Holistic church experience.

    • Weekly team devotional times.

    • Ministry coaching from seasoned mentors.

  • Interns and Residents Serve with the Following Tracks:

    • Production: Worship and Tech

    • Communications: Design, Graphics, and Social Media

    • Missions: Local/Global Outreach and Discipleship

    • Pastoral: Kids (Grace Kids World), Youth (Generation Grace), Upper Class + Young Adults, Discipleship/theology

    • A deeper relationship with Christ and growth towards rock solid character.

    • A year of experience within specialized ministry fields.

    • Connections with ministries and leaders across the world.

    • Enduring friendships and mentoring relationships.

    • Upon completion of the program, Grace Church will help you discern your next steps in ministry.
